Dealing with Significant Church Issues

Covid is the current stress factor for pastors. At day 584 and counting, it has brought many pastors to burnout, more than any other event in our lives. This discussion will use Covid as a springboard to talk about getting balance in our lives—before we burn out.

Two executive pastors will join Fletch in this deep pastoral discussion. It will begin with the current problem, then move to recognizing signs of stress, then to solutions. The principles are valid for all kinds of church issues!

This discussion won’t be theoretical or bookish. It will be drawn from the lives of pastors as they deal the stress of significant church and societal issues.
