About Trey Finley

Trey Finley is the executive director of eleven28, an organization dedicated to countering the causes and effects of pastoral burnout. Inspired by Matthew 11:28, eleven28 provides spiritual direction for individuals, group soul care for women in ministry, staff-wide spiritual formation for churches, and coaching services for women and men exiting ministry. Trey has served eleven28 throughout its history, both as its first chairman of the board and now as executive director. Prior to his role at eleven28, Trey served in churches as student, associate, and executive pastor. He has also owned his own coaching and consulting business. Experienced in spiritual formation and professional development, Trey has a passion for journeying with others as they uncover and embrace the Imago Dei gifted to them by God, a journey made possible through holistic soul care. Trey embraces the enneagram, spiritual direction, baseball games, and brewed root beers as his best soul care.
