About Kason Branch

Kason Branch is a May 2000 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He began his career with AT&T on June 5, 2000 as a member of the prestigious AT&T Leadership Development Program. The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a rotational program for recent college graduates with outstanding leadership potential. The program was designed to meet AT&T’s long-term leadership needs by preparing participants for long-term progression into Senior Management. During his tenure at AT&T, Kason served in roles such as: Sales Operations Manager; Control Manager; Project Manager; and Associate Director of Operations. Kason currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Concord Church in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of Sr. Pastor Bryan L. Carter. He has served in this role since May 2010 and is responsible for leading a staff of 40 full time employees as well as providing leadership to church-wide initiatives such as capital campaigns and facility expansion. Under his leadership is the Ministry Operations of the church as well as the Operations Support, which includes: Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Security, Multimedia, and Marketing. Kason and his wife, Shanea, were college sweethearts at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and were married in 2003. They have two children and reside in the Dallas area.
