In this session, David will talk with Bill and Kristi about empathy and emotional intelligence as crucial for effective ministry leadership. They will differentiate true empathy from rescuing, fragilizing, or enabling less than excellent work. They will draw on Scripture and psychological research to show the power of empathy for all our relationships and give us the best practices for being an empathetic leader who strengthens their church and team.
