Is the size of a church a leading indicator of health? The idea that a big church is healthy, or a small church is not healthy, may lead to false conclusions. A healthy church of any size is identified by four characteristics: Outward Focus, Effective Evangelism, Systematic Discipleship, and a Sending Culture. Faithfully stewarding these four characteristics leads to individual and corporate growth.

Accommodating growth and cultivating a sending culture can be challenging. Trends reveal that big buildings with single use features are not what many churches are looking for these days. Small is the new big! Healthy churches – those that are multi-siting and planting – are growing bigger with more small gathering places. About 60% of Outreach Magazine’s Top 100 churches simultaneously grew both large and small.

Join Fletch as he hosts Jeffrey Beachum, Multiplication Specialist at Portable Church Industries for this Webinar. Let’s examine four prevailing church growth models and how portability makes those models thrive!
