Fletch founded XPastor in 2003. XPastor is a principal resource for executive leaders in a complex church world. For 35 years, Fletch led churches from 1,000-8,000 members, single and multisite, churches with camps, schools, apartments and cafés. His fourth book is Predators in the Church.
Mike Gould is an accomplished senior leader, worship pastor and speaker who has served in ministry for over twenty years. He has pastored churches ranging in size from 300 to 3,000. Mike has helped his churches develop their unique culture. He is a strong builder and refiner of teams.
