Hey Fletch … I found your site on a Google search and was impressed with all of the resources and tools to help pastors. You’re awesome! I have a question you may be able to help me with. Who do you think is the best Ministry Strategist Executive or maybe even Executive Connections Pastor in America? The guy making sure people have their pastoral needs met, are finding friends, and are using their gifts. Someone architecting the culture of the church to make sure the discipleship, DNA, and values are being taught and delivered. I know that’s a random way to say it all, but if you could be any help I would be so grateful!

DRF—There are lots of great ministry strategists in churches today. I’m hard pressed to say who is the best. Let me share some with you.

One of my favorites is Dan Reiland. You can find more about him on his site, The Pastor’s Coach. Dan will be giving a keynote at the 2020 XP-Seminar in Dallas.

I talked yesterday with Jenni Catron. She led some dynamite workshops at the 2019 XP-Seminar and will be with us again in 2020. Her consulting firm is the 4Sight Group. Jenni has tremendous thoughts on staff culture, strategic planning and vision.

Dave Travis with Generis is excellent. He works with some of the largest churches in America and brings many great insights. When he led Leadership Network he learned from many esteemed mentors. Dave has helped churches all over the country and with many leading pastors.

Of course, at XPastor we also help churches with strategic consulting!
