In this webinar we looked at the requirements for an employee handbook for churches at various size levels. Included are sections on employment, compensation, employee benefits, performance standards, workplace guidelines, organizational structure, how to properly revise policies and communicate them, ongoing documentation and the importance of protecting the organization of the church. The webinar has legal elements to it, but also comes from the perspective of ministry and shepherding from an Executive Pastor.
