WheatFields’ Report Card on Risk Management

In Fletch’s book, Predators—The Case of the Church Embezzler, uses a fictional case study of WheatFields Good News Church. Executive Pastor Dan Black created a report card to evaluate how the church is doing in the area of risk management. As you can see below, each area is scored from zero to ten. WheatFields gets a low average grade of 3.9.

As XP Dan Black said, “I think I’ll do a report card so that I can rate the church for 2019. In future years I’ll have a benchmark to see our progress.”
