About James Srodulski

James Srodulski has served in local church ministry for over 20 years. During that time the church grew to average over 2300 in worship attendance. He served as Media Pastor for 18 years and in the dual roles of Management and Media Pastor for 15 years. He introduced and implemented the Purpose Driven model and championed the Multitude function. His keen sensitivity to the lost and creative spirit led him to initiate a campaign whereby the congregation established and exceeded a goal of 10,000 unique visits to the church by the unchurched of the community in just one year! As the creative lead for the weekend services, he brought a fresh perspective and strong visual reinforcement to the main points of the message. His passion is to see lives changed for Jesus. His life’s desire is to see that fleshed out by helping those who lead, lead as Servant Leaders. He is president and lead consultant with Church Health and Growth, LLC. He lives on the south side of Atlanta with his wife, two children, two dachshunds and a mortgage.
