What If Financial Giving Drops?

Pre-Seminar Workshop with Brad Leeper

Tuesday, February 27, 2024
1:00-4:00 pm
Hilton Dallas/Park Cities

$425 per person for the pre-session, session and post-session materials. Limited to 20 participants.

Each 3-hour pre-seminar workshop carries additional enrollment fees.

Key Questions:

  • What if your board and team have ministry goals that cannot be funded either at budget or to handle a capital investment that accelerates mission?
  • What if there is a giving resignation trend from economic conditions or giver fatigue?
  • What if your financial giving moves from stable to less predictable?
  • What if your top givers are uncertain about prioritizing your capital project?

Dealing with changes in attendance, volunteer and group engagement, and staff demands continue to stretch your Executive Pastor leadership.

You will be equipped to handle giving changes. If giving remains stable, you will know how to expand giving beyond budget as well as secure capital giving to expand mission.

You’ll be equipped to secure financial resources. Learn how to work with your senior pastor, campus pastors, staff and Board to create a strong tailwind in giving rather than a stiff headwind. You’ll be well prepared to handle any giving changes or how to lead in growing giving beyond budget.

Each registratant will have the option of a giving analysis of your church data for review at the workshop.* The data includes your current giving trends along with a move report highlighting lapsed givers, lost givers, growing givers and new giver trends. No church management system will give you this level of analysis.

* Giving data must be received within 10 days or more before the workshop for review in Dallas. If you register within 10 days or less, you will have the same review option after the XP event.
