In this workshop, leadership and culture consultant, Jenni Catron will guide you through building a plan for engagement of your staff.
Specifically, we will:
- Assess the five core things engaged employees need to succeed and help you troubleshoot weak spots in your organization.
- Review your Mission, Vision, and Values and bring clarity for how to communicate them with your team.
- Using our Employee Journey Grid, help you build a plan to increase alignment and engagement.
- Provide recommendations, examples, and best practices for onboarding team members, staff meetings, retreats, and trainings, performance discussions, and performance plans.
- Build a comprehensive engagement plan that you can take back and put into action.
