This workshop is for anyone interested in the multi-site strategy for growing your church. Whether you have two sites, trying to get past the 4-site ceiling, or have reached a rhythm of 10 or more, this is a chance to share your challenges and successes at the table. This would also be an amazing opportunity if you are investigating the use of multisite for the first time.

Be in the room! The multisite church growth strategy is being developed and honed by you and your peers! Hear from each other about the key challenges and successes you are having. Join us for this pre-seminar workshop where, in addition to learning from each other, you will hear from experienced consultants who help churches expand their reach by adding new expressions of themselves in new communities. In this workshop, you will:

2. Evaluate the pros and cons of your current strategy and how to decide if you need adjustments or midcourse alignment.
3. Learn from a panel of multisite leaders who will share their insights and tips on launching, growing, and sustaining multi-site churches.
4. Analyze a real-life case study of a 10-site church that failed in October 2023 and what lessons can be learned from it.
