An insurance company did some research and created a rule of thumb for total cost of building ownership. Over forty years, you will spend nearly eighty percent of the building’s total cost in maintenance and repairs. This course will examine the dreams of leadership for buildings, the design of great facilities, working with architects, construction and maintenance. Leaders of great churches, ministries and architecture houses from around the country will share their expertise. This is an exciting, intuitive and sensing course in Church Facilities.

This course has 10 classes and counts for 1.0 hours of graduate level credit.
