About Genea & Karissa

Genea Browne is an engaging executive coach with over 20 years of both ministry and marketplace experience. She is most passionate about guiding individuals and organizations to achieve alignment, growth, and excellence. She achieves this through intentional coaching on mission, vision, values, purpose and goals. In her most recent role as Executive Team Lead for Community Christian, a multisite church in the Bay Area, she focused on leadership development, team culture and care, led the Community Group ministry for all locations, as well as developed and executed Human Resource strategies and systems. Genea’s career has also included developing and leading volunteer teams and working as the Director of Coaching for a leadership organization where she coached executive pastors and leaders nationwide. Genea has experience with both sides of ministry working as a staff member and also serving two consecutive terms on an elected Board at a large multisite church in the Chicago area.

Karissa Parks is the marketing and growth strategist for the 4Sight Group, where she uses her expertise in marketing and business development to amplify the mission of serving faith leaders. Driven by her calling to support organizations that equip the Church, Karissa is passionate about connecting leaders with the tools they need to build thriving teams and cultures. Her career spans organizations like Leadr, Cru, NASCAR, and BMWL, a CPA firm serving the nation’s leading churches, ministries, and nonprofits. This diverse background gives Karissa a unique perspective on how mission-driven organizations can grow, engage, and lead more effectively. Outside of work, Karissa and her husband, Adam, planted Eastside Christian Church in Orlando, Florida, in 2020. Together, they are raising two daughters, Brighton and Kennedy, and a golden retriever named Chipper while serving their city to change the spiritual landscape of Orlando.
