About Jesse Spradley

Jesse Spradley has served as a pastor in churches ranging from 500 to 20,000 members. From Children’s Pastor to Executive Pastor and most roles in between. He loves the church. Jesse has also served as a missionary in Costa Rica and Honduras for many years and is currently a leader at Revolution, a large church in Georgia. Jesse brings energy and focus to everything he does and genuinely enjoys being the helper behind the scenes for church staff, especially young pastors. He is a certified Working Genius Facilitator who helps teams move from burnout to turnout by identifying how people are uniquely wired to work, bringing clarity, momentum, and renewed engagement to ministry teams. Having grown up as a pastor’s kid, Jesse understands church culture deeply and brings over 20 years of hands-on ministry experience. He has been married for almost 20 years and has two kids, one in high school and one in elementary school.
