About Bill Tom

Bill Tom is CEO/Chief Ministry Officer of Ministry Transitions. He has served in leadership roles, executive coaching, and succession advisory for over 40 years working with Silicon Valley corporations, privately held businesses, and ministry nonprofits including churches. His passions include developing servant leaders and helping ministry leadership lead well. After God led several terminated pastors through his door, and his heart breaking over their transition stories, Bill felt God’s calling to birth Pastoral Transitions focusing on transitions that promote the Church multiplying; not being divided. Bill is married to a Godly woman, Linda, and is father to 3 adult daughters, and a son, all wonderfully gifted in the arts ... despite his engineering background.
