About Thomas Thompson

After 25 years of leading churches, Thomas faced the reality that most leaders have no one outside their organization to navigate with. So he founded Thompson Leadership, a coaching company that helps leaders navigate what’s next in their lives, leadership, and organizations. He loves working with leaders and teams in transition. He and his wife Jessica have launched Clara, Beau, and Henry into adulthood, and are working on their youngest son, Gus. They live in their forever home in downtown Colorado Springs where they are committed to seek the flourishing of the city.
