About Ken Schuetz

Ken Schuetz is the CEO and Founder of Aligned Influence Consulting which is headquartered in Longmont, Colorado where he resides with his wife Jenean. He is a lifetime Christian and serves as an Elder in his church. Ken is also on the faculty of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he teaches business philosophy and corporate governance. Ken’s first book, "Aligned Influence: Beyond Governance" was recently published and acts as the theoretical basis for the Aligned Influence model and his firm’s consulting practices. Ken utilizes his decades of experience as an executive in higher education, multiple years as board leadership, and an academic background in organizational communication to help organizations achieve the effectiveness that they and their communities of interest desire.
