About Colton Orr

Colton Orr is the CEO and Co-Founder of Churchology Staffing, a pastoral staffing firm that has a unique approach when serving the local church. He has served at the executive level in Human Resources and has held several bi-vocational ministry roles. He attended Clarks Summit University in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania where he studied theology and pastoral ministry. He felt God call him into secular work and has deep roots in recruiting. His deepest passion however, is serving the church. He lives in Detroit, Michigan, with his bride Rachel, his daughter Arya, and his son Theoden.
