About Anthony Dickerson

Anthony Dickerson serves as President and CEO of Foundations Business Consulting, where he works with churches, nonprofits, and organizations to strengthen leadership clarity, operational health, and organizational architecture. He previously served for over a decade in the role of an executive pastor, helping churches navigate growth, complexity, and transition. Anthony is the author of The Company Beneath the Company, a leadership parable on architectural leadership in organizations, and Rebuilding the Company Beneath the Company, a diagnostic workbook designed to help leadership teams see and address the structural forces shaping ministry effectiveness. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and daughter and enjoys long walks, thoughtful conversations, and helping leaders design systems that support faithful ministry over time.

Anthony lives with his wife Larisha, who shares his love for travel. When their children were young, they visited 42 states together. Now that the kids are older, the Dickerson’s have started traveling internationally.
