Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking an interim executive pastor. The main responsibility of this pastor will be to effectively lead the church staff as they implement the church’s strategic vision, helping us to flourish before and during our upcoming senior pastor transition.
Autumn Ridge is a thriving non-denominational evangelical church with a weekend service attendance of about 1,900, located in Rochester, Minnesota. John Steer, our remarkable senior pastor, is nearing the end of his long tenure at our church; we expect to enter a senior pastor transition in the next twelve months. Our executive pastor recently resigned, and we are looking for an interim executive pastor who could serve through our upcoming senior pastor transition, likely for 18 to 24 months.
As our interim executive pastor, your main responsibility will be to effectively lead the church staff as they implement the church’s strategic vision, helping us to flourish before and during the senior pastor transition. We are focused on impacting our community and region for Christ and His kingdom by equipping our congregation to be disciples where they live, work and play.
