21C International is looking for an Executive Ministry Director. The Executive Ministry Director will work closely with the CEO to ensure effective implementation of the vision, strategic direction and overall growth of 21C International.

As many as 95% of the church leaders in the world do not have adequate biblical training. These leaders love the Lord and are already pastoring churches, but their low levels of literacy, poverty level income, and oral-based learning cultures are insurmountable barriers to most training opportunities. Our unique training model is non-formal, produced in close collaboration with national leaders, translated into local languages, and embedded in a cohort system of facilitated learning. We partner with local church fellowships and organizations to provide the biblical training that is sorely lacking. God is good: in the past four years we have seen exponential growth with more than 80,000 of our studies completed in East Africa, South Africa, South Asia, and Latin America.
