Judd’s resume is clear and articulate. He combines good graphics, photos and text. His education is a strong asset for an XP role, as is his business background.

- Page 1 is strong, with more primary information on Page 2. Pages 3 and 4 contain data that “I will read if I am interested in him as a candidate.” Page 5 has great references. Most ministry resumes are now about five pages and follow a similar format.
