Kadi puts it this way: “What would your church look like if it were to maximize the dormant gifts of the women God has brought there?”

That’s a questions that every male and female leader needs to consider. From her twenty years of experience, Kadi unpacks the question and gives a practical strategy to help church leaders hone their culture to facilitate the development of women as volunteer and staff leaders.

Kadi’s book, “Developing Female Leaders,” is based on interviews and surveys of more than a thousand women in key church and organizational roles. She combined that with current research to create eight easy-to-implement best practices that help accelerate a woman’s organizational contribution.
