DRF—The first thing that you should do is take a look at XPastor’s Great Resumes page. It will give some great advice for your resume. Then, after you have worked on it, send a copy to me. I will be pleased to give it a once over.
A decade or two ago, multi-page resumes were the norm. That has shifted to one-page resumes. Many people have clickable links on their resume to a website that gives much more information.
When you get to the point of sending out your resume, always send it in PDF. Never send it in MS Word, Google Docs or Apple Pages. These files may change your formatting when viewed on another computer.
