Hey Fletch … I have admired you from afar and the work you do! We are a multisite church with over 3,000 people. We need some creative strategies for future campus expansion. Any insight for us?

What I have found essential is defining the question. I got this from Harvard’s Question Zero. It is so simple but so hard to answer. They ask, ‘What exactly are we trying to accomplish here?’
If you need some help in the generosity, fund-raising, capital campaign area, I know of some great folks. I also know some really talented architects … Before I make a recommendation, tell me a little bit more.
