Individual Consulting with Mike
Level 2 Individual Consulting/Coaching with Mike Gould is focused time on you. You’ll feel like you’re with an old friend as you are coached and counseled through hurdles and pivotal moments in your ministry.
Level 2 takes a balanced approach to Pastoral Care coupled with Leadership Coaching. Mike himself has been coached at a high level by seasoned leaders—which has greatly shaped his approach to helping others through complicated times. Mike has pastored both large and small churches for over 20 years and is widely known for his ability to clarify vision and help others find personal balance in life.
Level 2 consists of a 12-month term to work through pressing issues and concerns of the individual. As needed, Level 2 can begin with an intensive period: two to four months of weekly dialogue.
Mike and his wife also offer a personal three-day retreat for one minister with his/her spouse in beautiful Central Virginia. The couple or individual will receive 3-4 hours of daily counsel and care, leaving hours of free time to enjoy the beauty surrounding them in this private setting.
Mike and his wife, Karin, will host you in their B&B suite (brochure available upon request), nestled on a charming 100-acre lake in Forest, Virginia. You’ll have your own private floor on the terrace level that walks right out to Ivy Lake. The well known Peaks of Otter, just minutes away, are a perfect way to spend the afternoon and catch a sunset or even a sunrise. Our goal would be that you would leave refreshed and with a restored confidence in the calling God has for the next season of your church, staff team, and ministry.
