Restart Your Computer

Restart Your Computer

Hey Fletch … For some reason, I’m unable to access week 3 of the XPastor’s course on Church Finances. Could you help me with that?

DRF—Let me post this one in Hey Fletch because the answer is important for many aspects of working with a computer.

I looked at week 3 of both Operations 103 and 104 … and they worked for me. To double check, I used both Safari and Chrome. Since you were able to get to week 2, it doesn’t seem to be a problem with your password for the course.

Perhaps try restarting your computer. You might also clear the cache on your web browser. Also, try using a different web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. It might be a local cache or issue on your machine that needs clearing.

Lesson: When you hit a wall with something not working on your computer, try all the usual tricks of closing a program or perhaps trying a different web browser. Before taking your computer in for servicing, restart it.

Response—Restarting the computer did it!
