Asking for a Raise

Hey Fletch … I’m in the process of asking for a raise. However I do not know what is appropriate for my job title, years of experience and location. I need to let my supervisor and senior pastor know what I am asking for within the next week. Do you have any resources that would be helpful in navigating this question?
