National XP-DayA time to talk about current XP issues |
![]() |
|
Only a few times a year do we have XP-Days.
And, they are quite popular.
Space is limited to a maximum of 20 people, so enroll today.
... don't say we didn't warn you if it gets full. Enroll here. Pay here.
For this one-day event in Pasadena, some great people and issues! You may want to bring your family with you. We will continue the "classic" discussion about "Best and Worst Case Leadership Scenarios." We will have a senior pastor interview at lunch. There is plenty of open agenda time in the afternoon. The final speaker is you, the XP who brings questions, thoughts and ideas!
Our XP-Days bring together leaders to talk about relevant issues. We don't examine monotonous programs or extol the size of our churches. We hone our skills through life-on-life discussion.

David Fletcher
Founder & Host XPastor
By drawing ministers from around your region and the nation, National XP-Days challenge cultural perspectives and promote the best practices of church leadership. National XP-Days are led by Dr. Fletcher.
National XP-Days are limited to 20 people to foster close discussion on pertinent topics. Authentic interaction is key. Don't bring pride about the size of your church or pretense in the extent of your ministry.
Our schedule follows the format of major presentations on core issues, followed by large group discussion and small group interaction. Several sessions are left open-ended, enabling each participant to bring questions for the group to examine.

Thanks to our HostCheck out Chuck's article that he has written for XPastor:
Thanks to our friends at Generis Partners. True giving is a deeply transformative act. At Generis, we believe it's less about raising capital and more about raising the spiritual consciousness of people. It's about meeting churches where they are and helping them achieve their own true vision according to their unique culture. Whether that entails a video venue, multi-campus site, or raising a daunting amount of capital, Generis consultants are ready to share the Leadership's risk—because they understand it.
