The XP-SP Relationship Clinic
Are you tired of being a "number" at a seminar with thousands in attendance? Want to talk about significant issues with a small group of people who are leading churches? Have you hit a plateau in the Executive Pastor & Senior Pastor relationship?
- This will be a limited gathering of 20 Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor partnerships (you must come together to attend). Come ready to talk and share your ministry and issues.
- Renew, refocus and enjoy a deeper friendship. Through the preparation work, dig into a deeper relationship.
- Grow your relationship. Learn from others about their XP-SP relationship. Make new friends at the clinic and grow with your XP or SP.
- Prepare through various readings & two conference calls. Yes, there is work, but all good things require diligent effort.

- This is open to Senior Pastors and Executive Pastors who come as a team. It takes two to tango and both need to be present at the clinic.

Learn the critical components of a healthy XP-SP relationship. Dr. Baxter shares the key components that provide for a healthy personal relationship between the Executive Pastor and the Senior Pastor. He will lead each XP-SP partnership to examine their own relationship against key relationship components.
Learn through the prep materials and two conference calls prior to the workshop. After enrolling, Dr. Baxter will contact you to walk through the assignments to help you best prepare for the clinic.
