Required Experience/Skills
- Embrace basic Vineyard values, re: ministry model and Kingdom of God
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and deploy leaders
- At least five years experience as an Executive Pastor in a church of at least 750 in worship attendance OR at least five years experience managing an organization of at least 20-30 employees OR a combination of the two
- At least five years successful experience in strategic planning and systems for an organization or organizations including, staff development, operations, finance, and budget
- Graduate level training and five years related experience
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Focus
- Responsible for strategic development, processes and building ministry infrastructure in order to accomplish the vision of Smoky Hill Vineyard
- Work with and serve the Senior Pastor in the following primary roles:
- Catalyst
- Oversight of pastoral team
