Peacemaker Ministries, a dynamic, growing international leader in biblical peacemaking, is now searching for a uniquely gifted person to serve as our Director of Ministry Relations. While the mission of Peacemaker Ministries is to equip and assist Christians and their churches to respond to conflict biblically, the purpose of the Ministry Relations division is to encourage, equip, and assist local Christian churches to recapture the ministry of biblical peacemaking through the cultivation of a transferable culture of peace.
The qualified person for this position - in addition to serving as a member of the Executive Team -- will provide visionary leadership to a team of qualified Ministry Relations' staff. This division has primary responsibility for promoting and cultivating a culture of peace among our audience of Christians and churches through its multiple speaking and training events and the distribution of its broad range of resources.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for biblical peacemaking and extensive experience in visionary church leadership; will be spiritually mature with a broad understanding of biblical themes and biblical systematic theology; will have proven communication skills (e.g., public speaking, writing, face-to-face, etc); and proven management expertise.
This position requires some travel, primarily within the US. Benefits are provided. Salary is commensurate with experience.
