The Executive Director will be paid an excellent salary and travel around the world to supervise events that reach hundreds of thousands for Christ. We are looking for someone who is very, very sharp … someone who can come into a city and unite the pastors and other spiritual leaders to shake that city for Christ. God has given us a track record of seeing tens of thousands of people come to Christ and become active followers of Christ. We believe this is the dream assignment of a lifetime for the right man.
The Executive Director (“ED”) will lead 1) the Campaign Team, 2) the Office Team, and 3) the Fund Development Team.
The ED must be a strong Christian who has a passion for evangelism
and discipleship, and who can work with a broad spectrum of the body of
Christ. Needs bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Theology, or other fields related to the ministry. Master's or Doctorate
preferred. We are looking for a gifted, professional leader with a
track record of highly effective management.
