The Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis, Tennessee seeks a Program Executive providing executive leadership to the Program Division staff and ministries. Primary responsibilities:
- Program leadership, which includes worship and music, missions, Christian education, evangelism and outreach, lay mobilization, and adult discipleship and ministries.
- Staff recruitment and management, program administration, and adult discipleship leadership.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and analytical skills required. Must possess creative ability to direct issues and programs with an ability to cast a vision for the program areas and to enable others to execute that vision. Must be assertive, field oriented, dynamic and organized.
He must be committed to the work of the local church with a Bachelor's degree (seminary training a plus) with 10+ years of successful leadership with program management experience and an understanding of financial as well as HR management.
