Michael Nichols

Michael is a writer, speaker, and executive pastor. Since 1995, he has served as a pastor, as Founder and President of a marketing firm, and as a Vice President, Dean, Director, and consultant for colleges and universities. He is currently the Executive Pastor at FBC Midlothian, a church of 2,000 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Michael is the author of Creating Your Business Vision and the soon-to-be-released book, One-on-One Meetings That Work. As a facilitator of organizational growth and strategic planning, Michael has led unprecedented growth in churches, businesses, colleges and universities, and non-profits for more than 25 years. Michael actively coaches individuals and teams to develop personal and organizational vision and plans and to effectively manage priorities and decisions. He has conducted significant research in the area of organizational team leadership. Additionally, Michael speaks and presents at conferences, churches, and on university campuses on a variety of topics, including Life Planning, Vision, Team Leadership, Organizational Growth, Strategic Planning, Outreach, and Marketing. In 2010, he completed a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership. Michael and his wife, Sarah, have been married for 10 years and they have a daughter, Madison, and a son, Andrew.
