XPastor tries to help churches by providing some of the essentials for running a church—items like job descriptions, employment applications, review forms and policies. Below is the Vision Statement of Northwest Bible Church of Dallas, Texas from March, 2000.
Northwest Bible Church is a body of believers who seek to passionately follow Jesus Christ … by worshipping God daily through prayer and obedience to His Word, by forming relationships through small-group and discipling ministries, by equipping members to serve worldwide with Christ’s love, and by declaring the gospel to the lost world.
The impact statement will be: “Passionately pursuing Jesus Christ.”

- Are you remembering Christ through communion with the community of the church as He asked you to do?

Personal Worship
- Are you going through the motions?
- Do you have a consistent time of worship, reflection, Bible study?
- Do you sense that you are closer to God right now than ever before?
- How would you describe your current relationship with Christ? Are you wrestling with God? Are you resting in God? Do you have a bone to pick with God?
