"Things I would like
to change"
- Question Zero—would have liked to develop further
- More time to network with each other and ask questions
- Not much needed to change—good experience
- More time in table discussions
- It would be helpful to organize some table discussion based on church size
- Need handouts
- Breaks were a bit short
- Would love to have spent more time with the case study. Not enough time to really “go deep” and evaluate with table group.
- Three workshops? Ability to attend more
- Might be a good idea to expand XP to include AP (Associate Pastor) = XP/AP Conference
- Would it be possible to gather people together from geographical areas?
- Let’s have some illustrations of spectacular failures and what can be learned from these.
- Add another day of workshops (even if optional)
- Define tracks through the workshops
- More time for legal issues
- More time for staff issues
- Show a video from Andy Stanley on “Vision”—Making vision stick
"More Things I loved"

- Case Study interaction—especially hearing current outcome
- “Dealing with Strong Leaders” was awesome! Invaluable!
- Continually meeting and getting to know new people
- Lunch options—chance to break out or hang out!
- Early ending on Thursday

- Lots of humor
- Openness
