"Things I would like
to change"

- Shame there isn’t more time
- I’d like to see a session on the transition to an XP on staff
- I know this is an XP Conference, but I see great value for more Senior Pastors to attend.
- I would like to have the opportunity to take a third workshop Thursday afternoon
- Just wish there was more time to go to all sessions!
- May consider having Thursday workshops in the morning
"More Things I loved"

- The transition from business to XP role session
- New friends
- Leadership styles and how to maximize their use

- Being with others who do what I do!
- Mentoring – What is my motive?
- Short “sprints” – I didn’t get fatigued
