"My Comments"

  • Excellent conference!
  • I am committed to helping you build this.
  • Thanks so much for creating this venue to help me do my job! I'm fairly new in the role and it has been a big help, especially the 5 Functions.
  • Let's do this again.
  • The seminar was fabulous! I feel called to serve in an XP position and this seminar has taught me a great deal about the position.
  • Glad I came.
  • Time with Neil and the Senior Pastors was excellent.
  • I look forward to "determine your own agenda" for Thursday morning.
  • If you need another pair of hands to assist in subsequent seminars, consider me a volunteer.
  • What a fantastic opportunity! There is a great bond that is created when XPs from all over the nation (and Canada) come together to share and learn from one another.
  • Assumption that XPs are intelligent and can chart a mature course at this event. A high caliber of case study presentation.
  • Great to have David Chavanne share the inside dynamics of starting the third service at Stonebriar.
  • The Thursday morning discussion exceeded my expectations.
  • I thank God for the opportunity to be here these two days. It has been a great privilege. The time I spent here was very valuable.

"Things I Would Change"

  • Love to go deeper in the 5 Functions and more explanation of XP-Indicator.
  • Have more days for the conference.
  • Not a change; would you consider brining this conference to New Jersey?
  • Would love to have a resource list of key "volunteer" XPs who would say they are "experts" on three areas that would be available to help other XPs as a resource. Add a forum to the website.
