Dr. Tim Woodruff
Tim, a native of Atlanta, GA, is on staff at New Hope Baptist Church, a growing congregation of over 5500, in Fayetteville, GA. His responsibilities as Executive Pastor - South, include managing strategy and change corporately as part of the executive team while directing all ministry operations, leadership development, and adult education at New Hope's South Campus. This rapidly expanding second location has grown from 70 to over 600 in weekly worship attendance since 1997.
Additionally, Tim has 18 years of experience with Delta Air Lines in various operational and technical positions including management experience in information technology, human resources, training, strategic planning, and organization development. Along with his church responsibilities, he is active in organization development consulting and training for profit and not-for-profit organizations.
He holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from The University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University, and a Doctor of Education in Christian Education and Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Tim is married to Suzanne. They have three children: Sara, Ross, and Kathryn. They live in Fayetteville, GA.
