Ken Warren
Ken was born and reared in Waco, Texas. He and his wife of 36 years, Jaime, met and married while attending Baylor University. They both taught school - Jaime elementary and Ken high school (biology) - for eight years in Waco before moving to Ft. Worth, Texas, to attend Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
After completing his Masters of Religious Education, Ken and his family began serving in churches in Ardmore, Oklahoma, then Duncanville, Texas, followed by fourteen and a half years at First Baptist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The Warren's moved to Tyler, Texas, six years ago where Ken serves as Senior Associate Pastor of Green Acres Baptist Church, and Jaime is the Director of the Learning Enrichment Center and Assistant Lower School Head at All-Saints Episcopal School.
Ken and Jaime have two grown children; son,Mark and his wife San San who live in Seattle, where Mark manages animport company, and daughter Alison Considine, M.D. who is an anesthesiology resident at Yale New Haven Hospital and lives with her husband Liam and son Timothy in Connecticut.
