Randy began his career in the grocery business spending many years with McKesson Service Merchandising in sales and sales. He served as the Executive Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church, in Johnson City, for thirteen years. At Grace he oversaw facilities, finance, human resources, and planning for the rapidly growing church.
Randy is married to Claranne and they have three grown children.
With Cogun, he is a Project Consultant in their Charlotte, North Carolina office. Cogun, founded in 1970, specializes in church and religious design/build construction. The company was founded specifically to serve churches during this critical time by supplying resources and expertise to help them accomplish their mission.
Based out of North Lima, Ohio, Cogun has designed and built over 650 projects in 33 states. They are proud to be a place where churches can turn to help “build the right ministry space.” Recently, they received a Solomon Award for the Best Building Contractor.
