 |
David is a clinical and consulting psychologist, having been licensed for 24 years. He maintains a private practice in Richardson, Texas, just north of Dallas. An honors graduate of Vanderbilt University, he received his doctorate from the University of North Texas. He began his career working for the Minirth-Meier Clinic for 8 years, and for the past 17 has been a sole practitioner. In his practice he sees a broad range of clients, conducting assessments, counseling sessions, and evaluations for the court.
A specialist in the field of teaching communication and collaboration skills, Dr. Nicholson has been through the nations top secular and faith-based conflict resolution training programs, (Peacemakers, Interpersonal Communications Programs, PREP/Christian PREP, etc.). He has conducted seminars and workshops for business professionals, church leaders and Christian organizations wanting to find healthier ways to handle conflict and decision-making.
Dr. Nicholson has been married to his wife Cindy for 27 years, and they have 3 children, Clint 22, Darcie 19, and Luke 17. He has worked with the youth ministry at his church, Fellowship Bible Church Arapaho, for 24 years, and has served as an elder for 19.
