Rod Mitchell
Rod is the Executive Pastor at Grace Bible Church in College Station, Texas.
He practiced law in College Station for six years, then moved into Human Resources work. Rod became VP of Human Resources fora local company, and was certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
He is the current President of the Brazos Valley Human Resources Management Association. He has also completed therequirements to be certified in 2005 by the National Association of Certified Business Administrators
Rod was on the Board of Elders at Grace Bible Church for eight years before he was asked to step into the XP role in 2002.
