Professional Experience
Dr. Hawkins serves as The Assistant Pastor at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, under Dr. Anthony T. Evans, Senior Pastor. In his 25 year relationship with OCBF, he has served in every capacity. Dr. Hawkins' pastoral duties include preaching, leadership training/development, counseling, and teaching. He has spoken at conferences on topics that include, Marriage and Family and Leadership Training specializing in "LEADERSHIP SEMINARS" in cities such as Dallas Texas, Newark New Jersey, Naples Florida, and Nassau Bahamas.
Family
Dr. Hawkins is married to his best friend Shirley, who is a trainer with the Dallas Independent School District. They are the parents of Martin, Jr. and Melissa.
