Mark joined the staff of Fellowship Bible Church of Winchester, Virginia in January, 1990.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska, a Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and did his doctoral study at Denver Seminary.
Prior to coming to Fellowship Bible Church, Mark served as pastor for nine years in Nebraska.
He and his wife Lisa have four children and two grandchildren.
