Stacey Campbell
Stacey is the Executive Pastor at Christ Community Church in Greeley, Colorado. Feeling fortunate that his wife, Ann, has stuck with him since 1992, they've managed to spawn three kids and one German Shepherd. The dog knows sign language. The kids don't.
Growing up on a farm in Missouri, he escaped as soon as he could to explore the stable world of television and film production. After tiring of awards, spotlights, and red carpets, he began exploring people's personal stories of what God was doing in their lives through spiritual formation and mentoring. This led to working with a group of friends to start a church in north Denver that set out to provide space to help each other know God and each other better. His role was to use the Arts to help these stories better intersect.
Since then, he spent time at a church in Florida before moving back to Colorado where he now serves as Executive Pastor. This has enabled him to live out of his deepest passions in life of hearing and telling stories with good friends, having weird big-ideas that he can't pull off by himself, helping others be surprised by Jesus, and empowering people around him to be who God designed them to be. He loves camping, hiking, tickling his kids, and writing bio's about himself for websites.
Stacey received two bachelor degrees from Southern Illinois University in Radio & Television and Film & Photography and a Masters of Biblical Counseling from Colorado Christian University. He has written four novels. All unsold. Still sitting on his hard drive. Not that he's bitter.
