Scott joined the First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena, "PazNaz," staff as Executive Pastor in August 2006. Prior to his move to Pasadena, Scott worked with Senior Pastor Daniels as Executive Pastor in Richardson, Texas.
Scott has served as Executive Pastor at First Church of the Nazarene in Salem, Oregon, and Detroit First Church of the Nazarene in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He has also served in churches in Beaverton, Oregon, Seattle, Washington, Annandale, Virginia, and Redding, California.
Scott and his wife Julie met at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, were married in 1973 and have two married children and two grandchildren.
